imToken Terms of Use
Last updated: June 7, 2026
imToken Pte. Ltd.
These Terms of Use apply when you access the imToken website, download information, security notices, help articles, product pages, and related wallet service information. Please read these terms before using imToken, connecting to DApps, managing digital assets, or signing any on-chain transaction.
By accessing this website or continuing to use related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the website and related services.
Key Terms Summary
imToken is a non-custodial wallet. You control your wallet address, seed phrase, private key, transaction signatures, token approvals, and on-chain activity.
imToken does not custody your crypto assets, store your seed phrase or private key, reverse confirmed blockchain transactions, or guarantee the security, availability, or compliance of third-party DApps, bridges, exchanges, or external websites.
Scope of These Terms
These terms apply to imToken websites, mobile wallet information, help documentation, download access, security notices, brand resources, and other content we publish or make available from time to time. Some products, features, or third-party services may have separate terms or instructions. When more specific terms apply, those terms will govern the relevant feature or service.
imToken enables users to create or import wallet addresses, view on-chain assets, send and receive digital assets, manage token approvals, connect to third-party DApps, and interact with blockchain networks. The responsibility for verifying each action remains with the user.
Wallet Services
imToken may provide features and information including, but not limited to:
- wallet creation, wallet import, backup reminders, address management, and asset display;
- digital asset transfers, receiving addresses, network switching, gas fee display, and transaction broadcasting;
- DApp browsing, token approvals, signature confirmation, risk notices, and third-party access points;
- help center content, security education, download guidance, product information, and related updates.
Features may change due to device systems, regions, network conditions, blockchain networks, third-party services, product updates, security requirements, operational needs, or legal and compliance considerations.
Self-Custody Responsibility
You understand and agree that a non-custodial wallet requires you to safeguard your wallet address, seed phrase, private key, Keystore, device password, wallet password, hardware wallet, and authentication information.
imToken does not save your seed phrase or private key and will not ask you to submit them through a website, customer support channel, community group, or third-party page. Any request for a seed phrase, private key, verification code, screen sharing, or remote control access should be treated as high risk.
You are responsible for losses caused by your own actions, device loss, incomplete backups, leaked seed phrases, phishing links, malicious approvals, incorrect addresses, wrong networks, unsafe devices, or untrusted internet connections.
Blockchain and Digital Asset Risks
Digital assets and blockchain networks involve significant risk. Before using a wallet or third-party service, you should understand and evaluate risks including, but not limited to:
- price volatility, insufficient liquidity, project failure, or loss of market value;
- network congestion, forks, node failures, failed transactions, or changing gas fees;
- smart contract vulnerabilities, malicious approvals, fake airdrops, fake support accounts, phishing sites, and counterfeit apps;
- service interruption or security risks involving bridges, exchanges, DApps, browser extensions, third-party nodes, or external websites;
- access or usage restrictions caused by laws, regulations, regional policies, or third-party rules.
Once an on-chain transaction is broadcast and confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled, intercepted, reversed, or rolled back. Before transferring assets, signing messages, approving tokens, connecting DApps, or switching networks, you should carefully verify the address, network, amount, contract, permission scope, and fee.
Third-Party Services
imToken may display or allow access to third-party DApps, bridges, blockchain explorers, app stores, hardware wallet purchase pages, community platforms, or external websites. These services are provided independently by their respective operators.
We do not control third-party content, rules, security, availability, authenticity, legality, or compliance status. When you access or use third-party services, you should read their terms and privacy policies and decide independently whether to continue. Transactions, fees, approvals, losses, disputes, or liabilities arising from third-party services are matters between you and the relevant third party.
